Frequency Interrupted

Bryan Bingham is a Co-owner and pitmaster of Sunbird Barbecue in Longview, Texas. What started as a hobby and a love for cooking eventually turned into a full time career and, in 2025, Sunbird was named one of Texas Monthly’s Top 50 BBQ Joints. Bryan is passionate about putting Longview and East Texas on the barbecue map while continuing to push the boundaries of traditional barbecue through things like house made sausage, boudin, and creative specials. Most of all, he’s proud of the people, community, and family that have helped turn Sunbird into what it is today.
